The Los Angeles County Arboretum & Botanic Garden is a fantastic place to spend your Sunday. The Peacock Café lives up to its name with beautiful peacocks flying from the rooftops, showing off their iridescent feathers and fancy tails. Be prepared for an all day excursion, as this place covers 127 acres and will truly make you feel like you're exploring different parts of the world. I would recommend buying a tram ticket so you can see more of the park. We did not and I ended up with blisters on my feet (will know better for next time). Make sure you check out the map and plan what you really want to see. I can't get enough of this beauty and will definitely be going back soon!
